Just send a text message with the word ‘Reset’ followed by your GOtv IUC number to 22688. After which you should receive a message informing you about your decoder status.
Activate GOtv decoder through *423#
Using the USSD Code *423# using your phone and follow the prompts to activate your decoder
Activate GOtv online
Simply visit the GOtv Easy Self Service Section on their website to activate: http://eazy.gotvafrica.com/en/ke
After which head over to ‘Activate’ Select ‘ Fix errors’. Fill in your IUC Number, and select ‘GOTVE16’ and click Fix errors.
